California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings.

You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to advance communication, social, and self-help skills for ASD, fostering meaningful growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field preferred but not required.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• TB test must be passed.
• Criminal background check & fingerprint clearance required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.

Position: Behavior Interventionist

Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.

• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
