Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT required) to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. This part-time role offers paid training and a flexible schedule with afternoons and early evenings.

Expect travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius, 1:1 ABA sessions, and collaboration with families and supervisors to foster progress. Must have high school diploma and be an active RBT with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius).
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
