Job summary

INTERCARE-Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT required) to support children with autism in home and clinic environments in California. The role offers paid training and a flexible, part-time schedule with afternoon/evening opportunities.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and Active RBT Certification, plus reliable transportation and a willingness to travel 20–40 miles. Bilingual skills are a plus, and physical activity is involved.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius).
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
