Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to support children and teens with developmental disabilities in California. This part-time role starts at 15–20 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00pm to 8:00pm (some morning availability required) and a path to additional hours as center needs allow.

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support - Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans - Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy - Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress - Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth - Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team - Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards - Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
