Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist for a part-time evening schedule in California. You will work 2:00pm–8:00pm, delivering 1:1 support to children and teens with autism and developmental disabilities, following ABA plans under BCBA supervision.

You’ll start with paid training, continue with structured career growth, and join a collaborative team that values compassion, reliability, and positive outcomes. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 weeks of training included.
• Must be able to provide 1:1 client support for children and teens with developmental disabilities.
• Must follow ABA treatment plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client support for children and teens with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting data and documenting outcomes.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to achieve goals.
