Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Visalia, CA is seeking a Behavior Interventionist for part-time, 2:00pm–8:00pm shifts. You will provide 1:1 ABA-based therapy to children and teens with developmental disabilities and collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement plans.

Expect at least 15 hours per week, with potential to grow to full-time. Mileage reimbursement offered for client travel and ongoing paid training to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities to help clients reach their potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA and company policies to protect families served.
