360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist in California to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. You will provide 1:1 client support, implement ABA plans under supervision, and commit to 15 weekly therapy hours with a meaningful, supportive team.

The role starts part-time with potential to expand to full-time, and offers mileage reimbursement, weekend and holiday incentives, and paid training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA and company policies.
