Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities through structured ABA therapies. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours weekly, with paid training and potential to grow into full-time hours.

You will provide 1:1 client support, follow individualized ABA plans under supervision, track progress, and collaborate with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
