Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Interventionist in Los Angeles to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through structured ABA therapy.

This part-time role starts with 15–20 hours per week, with potential to expand to full-time. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–8:00pm, with some morning availability and weekend/holiday incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support for children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Foster learning and growth through structured activities and interactive approaches.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies.
