Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to provide 1:1 client support for children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities in our Van Nuys center. This part-time role requires a schedule Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–8:00pm, with a typical weekly minimum of 15–20 hours and potential to expand to full-time as needed.

You will implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, track progress with data, and collaborate with families and the team to ensure meaningful

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client support for children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities.
• Follow ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Collaborate with families and colleagues to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
