INTERCARE is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in both home and clinic settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided, enabling you to help children learn communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with at least one completed college course OR current college enrollment OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation, license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel (20–40 miles radius).
• Bilingual skills are a plus and encouraged.

• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.

Description & Requirements

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
