Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based settings in Hemet, California. The role offers part-time hours with a flexible schedule from mornings to evenings, and paid training to begin your ABA career.

You will support children with autism, develop communication and daily living skills, and travel to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the following: college course, currently enrolled, or degree.
• Ability to travel locally (20–40 miles radius).
• Comfortable with working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
