Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based support to children with autism. No ABA experience required; paid training provided.

You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills, travel to client homes and local locations, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistent progress. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the following: at least one completed college course, currently enrolled in college, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40 mi radius).
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings
