Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. You will help build communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA, with paid training provided.

A high school diploma is required; bilingual skills are a plus, and reliable transportation with valid license is preferred. The role offers a part-time schedule, flexible mornings/afternoons/evenings, and benefits including medical plans, a 401(k)

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma required, with a preference if you are currently enrolled in college, have attended or have already graduated from college
  
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
