Job summary

Merakey is seeking an Intervention Specialist in Saxton, PA to support classroom behavior goals through Positive Behavior Support Plans and data-driven progress reporting. This role includes direct student work, safety training, and collaboration with clinicians to deliver compassionate behavioral health services in an educational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or
• Associates in related field + 2 years' relative work experience or
• RBT with 4 years' relative work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral modification support in the classroom and implement PBSPs.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups in school settings.
• Pass and implement safety care training; document interventions.
• Verbal processing of events and other therapeutic services.
• Follow clinical guidance from a certified clinician.
• Co-facilitate group sessions; lead groups when clinician unavailable.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
