Job summary

Qualifications

• Foster development and direction of program per minimum standards.
• Oversee operation and oversight of the program.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and assign tasks to meet objectives and budgets.
• Serve as liaison between school programs, community, families, and NKHS.
• Provide ongoing staff training and development.

Responsibilities

• Identify HR needs and participate in hiring (interviews and selections).
• Evaluate staff performance and effectiveness.
• Ensure services are delivered at acceptable levels.
• Maintain treatment integrity while supervising related paperwork and delivery of services.
• Oversee clinical aspects: FBAs, behavior plans, assessments, data compilation/graphing, supervision of staff with youth.
