Position Type: Full Time.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for a $1000 Sign On Bonus.

Program Overview

Our School Based Adaptive Program is seeking one‑on‑one Behavior Interventionists (BIs) to join our growing team. A Bachelor’s degree or experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), education, or childcare is preferred. Staff training and professional development are a core value of our program, so no experience is required. We will train the right person to be a successful BI!

Responsibilities

• Candidates will be strong team players, solution oriented, communicative, flexible, reliable, and are excited to learn how to support students best through prescribed interventions under the theory of ABA.

• This position places candidates directly in public schools; however, this can be anywhere within Franklin & Grand Isle counties so flexibility with placement location is a must.

• 9 weeks of paid vacation, including 3‑4 weeks of vacation in the summer months.
