Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to prove Highly Qualified status under NCLB, or pass Bethel School District’s Highly Qualified Assessment.
• Fingerprint clearance as part of the employment process.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized behavior intervention plans and monitors progress.
• Collects progress data and communicates observations with instructors.
• Provides 1:1 or small group support and assists with lesson plans and materials creation.
