The Sheppard Pratt School - Hunt Valley is seeking a BCBA to support the Autism program, conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans with the education team.
Requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification with 2–3 years’ experience with developmental disabilities. Internal Bachelor’s candidates with more experience may be considered. We offer a strong benefits package, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, and professional development opportunities.

The Sheppard Pratt School - Hunt Valley is a year round program that offers students with emotional, behavioral, and intellectual disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, the low staff-to-student ratio and individual attention needed to help them thrive. The campus has a ropes course and two sensory rooms for students to use. In addition to our expansive grounds, each of our students has access to integrated technology in the classrooms for educational and recreational usage.

The pay range for this position is $58,401.82 to $90,195.04/year. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
