Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Behavior Health Technician in the Philadelphia area. This independent contractor role offers compensation up to $20 per hour and requires a college degree.

You will provide 1:1 services in school and community settings for middle and high school students with behavioral health needs, implementing ABA and crisis management as part of a collaborative treatment team. Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a human service related field or equivalent experience.
• Must pass FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal clearances.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• CBH Core Trainings and RBT Training must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 services in school/community settings for students with behavioral challenges.
• Implement behavioral interventions and crisis management.
• Collaborate with treatment team to inform the child\'s treatment plan.
• Monitor behaviors with daily documentation and end-of-week logs.
• Apply Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
