Thrive Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. The role requires experience with ABA, patience, organization, and strong communication with families and professionals.

The position offers both part-time and full-time options with per diem shifts, traveling with clients where needed. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with a commitment to flexible schedules and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA or applied behavioral analysis.
• Patient, organized, and excellent communicator.
• Experience with data collection and behavior tracking is a plus.

• Implement behavioral interventions in accordance with the Behavior Plan.
• Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children with behavioral issues.
• Monitor and document behavior changes.

Job description

We are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide support to children with developmental and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate must have experience working with children, specifically in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. The successful candidate will be patient, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

The technician must be open to traveling with the client (Transportation is provided) The hours are 7:15-12:30
