Job summary

Thrive Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. The role requires experience with ABA, strong communication, and patient, organized work habits. Benefits include flexible scheduling and development opportunities.

Travel with clients is possible (transportation provided). Hours run 7:15–12:30 with part-time and potential full-time, including per diem shifts.

We are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide support to children with developmental and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate must have experience working with children, specifically in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. The successful candidate will be patient, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

The technician must be open to traveling with the client (Transportation is provided) The hours are 7:15-12:30

Job Type: Part time and up to Full Time, per diem

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
