Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a part‑time role supporting clients with emotional or behavioral challenges under a Behavioral Consultant’s guidance.

You will implement personalized treatment plans, deliver trauma‑informed care, train families, and document progress while traveling across PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age‑appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.

About The Role

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one‑to‑one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full‑time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age‑appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you'll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. You’ll work directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant
• Promote age‑appropriate functioning and skill development
