Dream Big Children’s Center in Visalia, CA is hiring a Behavior Analyst to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop ABA treatment plans for children with autism. This full-time role operates under the supervision of a BCBA, emphasizing naturalistic ABA and coaching therapists in plan implementation.
The position requires a Master’s in psychology or related field (or 12 ABA units), at least two years of ABA experience, and TB test with livescan clearance.

This is a full-time role, and candidates must be available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, running, squatting, bending over, kneeling and sitting on the floor.
