Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Washington. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, with a path to become an RBT through our complimentary training.

The PBS team offers mentoring, flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and a clear growth pathway to advance from BA to RBT, plus paid travel where required and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally may be required.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
