Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Burke, VA is hiring for entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) on a part-time basis with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Mentoring and advancement opportunities are offered, including complimentary RBT training and a pathway to BCBA careers. Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism, ABA-guided plans under supervision, and data collection to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
