Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in a part-time capacity with growth potential as caseloads expand. The role offers complimentary training to become an RBT, a supportive pathway, and opportunities for advancement into a full-time position.

Position supports children with autism in home, school, and community settings, with a focus on flexible scheduling, training, and career growth within a mentoring environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related fields is advantageous.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
