Job summary

PBS is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team in Bonney Lake, WA. Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and opportunities for advancement.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Training and development are emphasized, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, and lift up to 50 lbs in some cases.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
