Job summary

PBS (Positive Behavior Supports Corp.) invites applicants for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles. Part-time positions with growth potential as caseloads expand, offering training to become an RBT and advancement toward BCBA goals, all within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Role includes 1:1 ABA sessions with children, data collection and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and transport is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA and monitor progress.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
