Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in California seeks an Entry Level Behavior Assistant or an Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism.

You will work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, implement ABA plans, and help families and clinicians monitor progress. We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities to grow into full-time roles, complimentary 40-hour RBT training, and travel/mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
