Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Stuart, VA, is hiring for entry-level Behavior Assistant and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary training to become an RBT and a clear career path from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or childcare is advantageous.
• Ability to engage children and follow supervision by a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
