Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team serving children with autism.

Flexible part-time schedules with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus complimentary RBT training and a clear career path to become an RBT under supervision. Roles involve 1:1 ABA sessions, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further degrees a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
