Job summary

PBS is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is provided, along with career growth opportunities and supportive supervision. Roles involve 1:1 ABA sessions, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed/trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
