Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in California.

Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with a pathway to become an RBT through complimentary training and supervision. PBS provides flexible schedules, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits package for 30+ hour weekly roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients and handle physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
