Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking enthusiastic candidates for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in the community setting.

Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT and opportunities like Student Analysts on a path toward BCBA careers. PBS provides complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
