Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking passionate individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles in California.

Roles include part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with supportive supervision and a clear path toward RBT certification. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients, assist with transfers, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Entry-level role with potential to grow into RBT and BCBA pathways.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
