Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Morgan Hill, California, is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; mentoring and access to complimentary RBT training are provided.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, applying ABA strategies, collecting data, and coordinating with families. Flexible scheduling and travel reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or caregiving is beneficial.
• Ability to travel locally if needed and engage children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
