Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in California is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with supervision by BCBA and ABA-based 1:1 sessions with children who have autism.

We provide complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel and mileage reimbursement where applicable, and holiday pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
