Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in California is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies.

Roles include 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision and opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training to become a RBT, travel reimbursement if needed, and a benefits package with medical, dental, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and assist with transfers up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Must meet local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
