Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in California is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
