Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in California. Roles are part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, participate in training to become an RBT, and explore Student Analyst opportunities. We offer flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and comprehensive benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
