Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Riverview, MI is seeking both entry-level Behavioral Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with growth opportunities.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, participate in training to become an RBT, and benefit from flexible scheduling, paid training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage clients during sessions.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
