Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Part-time Behavior Assistants and RBTs for an entry-level to experienced path. You will work 1:1 with children with autism, following ABA protocols under BCBA supervision, and help implement tailored treatment plans.

PBS provides training to become an RBT, plus travel and mileage reimbursement where applicable. You will be part of a supportive, flexible team with opportunities for advancement, annual raises, and a structured growth pathway toward

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
