Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Work 1:1 with children using ABA under the supervision of a BCBA; complimentary 40‑hour RBT training is provided and a clear career growth pathway leads from Behavior Assistant to RBT. Flexible scheduling and benefits apply to 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and implement plans.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
