Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs on a part-time basis with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Roles include working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and advancing toward RBT certification.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and benefits as hours reach 30+ per week, with chances for annual raises and a quarterly bonus; travel support may apply to local assignments.

Qualifications

• Entry-level BA or experienced RBT roles, part-time with growth potential
• Training to become RBT available on-site
• Commitment to applying ABA principles under supervision of a BCBA

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
