Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in a part-time role with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT while supporting children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
