Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to empower children with autism through ABA therapy.

Roles support flexible scheduling and pathways from BA to RBT, with complimentary 40-hour RBT training and potential growth as caseloads expand. Positions are part-time with potential full-time progression, offering competitive pay, holiday pay, and travel/mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients and work 1:1 under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
