Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. Part-time roles offer training, supervision, and growth into full-time positions as caseloads expand, with weekend and evening hours possible.

You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, collect data, implement plans, and attend trainings. We provide paid RBT training, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and benefits for 30+ hour weeks,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ASN/BA a plus
• Ability to actively engage children during sessions
• Willingness to travel locally if required (state/county rules)
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
