Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies. Roles are part-time with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, and we offer training to become an RBT along with a clear career path.

Work 1:1 with clients, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision. We welcome dedicated individuals with reliable transportation and a passion for helping families in the local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a related degree is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
