Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in California invites entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join a supportive, growth-focused team. Roles include 1:1 ABA with children with autism, supervised by a BCBA, and opportunities to advance to an RBT through funded training.

Part-time positions with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus benefits like training, travel reimbursement, and a structured growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
